A successful dealership in Brits, North West is on the lookout for a highly skilled and stable pre-owned vehicle sales manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle sales department
- Set sales targets and motivate the sales team to achieve them
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Oversee the purchasing and pricing of PreOwned vehicles
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in automotive sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyse sales performance data
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of current market trends in the automotive industry
