Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven pre-owned vehicle sales manager to oversee their preowned vehicle sales department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and ensuring the department meets its goals.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
- Set sales targets and ensure they are met
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in automotive sales management, with a track record of success.
- Must have high volume brand experience.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
- Commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
