Plant Administrator – Midrand
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain plant records and documentation in an organized manner
– Schedule and coordinate meetings and events
– Order office supplies and other necessary materials for the plant
– Provide administrative support to plant management as needed
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Assist with payroll processing and employee attendance tracking
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient plant operations
– Generate reports and presentations as required
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a plant or manufacturing setting
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Knowledge of plant operations and processes is a plus
