Job Description


This dual-role position combines payroll administration expertise with HR support, requiring meticulous attention to detail and a solid understanding of manufacturing payroll processes.
 
    • You will have proven experience in payroll, particularly with Sage 300 and clocking systems. You must also be proficient in Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
 
    • Familiarity with MIBFA and MEIBC regulations is essential.
 
    • Preferred candidates will have experience in WCA submissions, third-party reconciliations, and training-related record-keeping.
 
    • Adept problem-solving, organisational skills, and the ability to produce accurate reports under tight deadlines are crucial.
 
Key responsibilities include preparing and reconciling EMP201 and EMP501 submissions, managing weekly and monthly payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with SARS requirements.
 
The role also involves handling leave accruals, garnishee payments, and staff loans and maintaining and updating payroll software.
 
Additionally, this position supports the HR Director with administrative tasks such as training bookings, document management, and employee file preparation.
