Parts Supervisor

Our client based in Johannesburg North is looking for a parts supervisor to join their team and be part of a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full process of after-sale spare parts, including procurement, shipment, customs clearance, warehousing, and sales.
• Conduct detailed management analysis of spare parts and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan monthly after-sale spare parts procurement based on market demand.
• Handle dealer consultations and coordinate solutions for spare parts-related issues.
• Manage payments for local service providers.
• Develop localised aftermarket spare parts and ensure quality standards.
• Stay updated on competitive spare parts policies in the market and implement necessary internal revisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
• Minimum of five years of experience in parts (advantageous).
• Knowledge of automotive products.
• Strong understanding of automotive product technical knowledge.
• Solid knowledge of automotive structure and functions.
• Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and present information effectively.
