Office and Debtors manager

Dolce Vita Ice Cream based in Kya Sands
Position available from 6 January. Will be trained by a current employee.
Office and Debtors manager 7-30am – to 4-30pm Monday to Friday

Required

• Must live near Kya Sands and have own transport
• Job requires invoicing (Pastel), incoming phone calls, customer remittances, banking, salaries (Pastel payroll) and general office
• Must have matric. Further accounting courses are a big advantage
• Staff management
• Must have 2-3 years of Pastel and customer remittance / debtors experience as this is an important function of the job
• Good analytical skills.
• Well spoken English
• Need to be a highly competent and efficient individual
• High customer service focus with a positive and confident telephone manner
