Office Administrator
Job Description
RPO Recruitment’s client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Paarl, Western Cape.
The role is based at a farm office on an olive farm and involves providing administrative support to the team, including communication, office management, and handling bank-related tasks.
Responsibilities:

Handle sales-related queries, respond to emails, and manage general admin tasks

Perform basic office administration duties
-
Make 4–5 client calls per day
-
Pay farm worker wages
-
Answer and direct phone calls
-
Handle bank statements and assist with estate-related administrative tasks

Support the farm manager and coordinate with the remote accountant

Communicate with external supply partners
Requirements:

Matric certificate
-
Experience with Pastel and Sage
-
Relevant administrative certifications (advantageous)
-
High level of trustworthiness, especially with financial tasks

Comfortable working in a slower-paced, farm-based environment
-
Open to candidates with varying experience levels
