Night Shift Level 1 & 2 IT Engineers – Cape Town, Western Cape

We are seeking experienced Level 1 & 2 IT Engineers to join our team for night shift support. If you have a proven track record in IT night shift support and thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support during night shift hours.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Monitor systems, respond to incidents, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Ensure uninterrupted service delivery during critical hours.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in IT night shift support.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Availability: Ability to work night shifts consistently (22h00 – 06h00).
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
