Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Administrator who excels technically as a key player in a 24-hour second-line support services role.
This role involves advanced troubleshooting, managing escalated issues, and maintaining network systems, hardware, and software integrity.
You will have 3-5 years of IT support experience, specifically in handling complex second-line support issues, and will demonstrate advanced knowledge of network configurations, system troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Key responsibilities include optimising IT infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency, and producing detailed documentation for future problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
You must hold advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and possess a firm grasp of ITSM tools and principles, particularly incident management and response.
Proven expertise in network troubleshooting, system optimisation, and mentoring less experienced staff is essential.
