National Stock Recon Administrator
Job Description
The National Stock Recon Administrator ensures inventory accuracy and reconciliation across multiple depots.
This role reports to the CFO and compiles reconciliation reports, balances Dispatcher inventory with Client ERP systems, and identifies stock losses.
The successful candidate will have:
- BCom or similar financial qualification
- At least 3-5 years of inventory experience in a 3PL warehousing and distribution environment.
- Proficiency in Dispatcher Red Prairie and advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Strong analytical abilities, mathematical accuracy, and a commitment to service excellence are required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A valid driver’s license and own transport are necessary.
The role involves investigating and correcting errors in reconciliation reports, monitoring inventory risk reports, attending stock takes across five depots, and ensuring compliance with IBT and transfer procedures.
You will be a proactive team player with exceptional administrative capabilities and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
