Hire Resolve’s client is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Moodle Administrator who is proficient in WordPress to join their team in Durban, KZN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining the Moodle learning management system, as well as integrating it with their WordPress website. This individual will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, creating and managing user accounts, and providing technical support to staff and students.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain the Moodle learning management system
  • Integrate Moodle with our WordPress website
  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the functionality and usability of Moodle
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in Moodle and WordPress technologies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of Moodle and WordPress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Moodle and WordPress
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Moodle plugins and themes
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
