Description:
Hire Resolve’s Leading Mining Client are seeking a qualified and experienced Mine Overseer to oversee the safe and efficient operation of a mine in Limpopo, South Africa. The Mine Overseer will be responsible for managing a team of miners and ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Planning to achieve short term and long-term strategic objectives
• Controlling the set budget
• Supervising and directing people at work to ensure compliance with the applicable legislation
• Evaluating the work of others
• Ensuring production targets are achieved

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Mine Overseer’s Certificate of Competency
• Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines
• 5 years’ experience as a Production Shift Supervisor
• Competent B skills programme

Benefits:

• Salary: R1,5m – R1,9m CTC
