RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled Millwright to join our client’s team in the Netherlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on the responsibility of maintaining, repairing, and installing mechanical and electrical equipment within a high-performance industrial environment. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults

  • Replace or repair faulty components to reduce downtime and ensure smooth operations

  • Interpret technical drawings and documentation to perform installations and repairs

  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure optimal machine performance

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

  • MBO Level 3 education (via study or relevant work experience) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

  • Millwright Trade Test Certificate

  • Matric / NQF Level 4

  • Valid South African Driver’s License

  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams

  • Experience working from instructions or blueprints

  • Project-based management and/or leadership experience is an advantage

  • Proactive, team-oriented, and committed to safety and quality standards
