Mechanical Design Engineer – Phoenix – KZN

Our client requires a passionate and skilled Design Mechanical Engineer to join the design team.

Responsibilities Include:
– Geometric Modelling using 2D & 3D Cad design software.
– Production pack compilation.
– Manage and maintain the Bill of Material for various builds.
– Project management
– Product design and development.
– Manage spreadsheet models.

Key Attributes:
Our ideal candidate will have –
– 5 years’ experience, with Solid Works or similar CAD Package.
– Knowledge of Commercial vehicles and Trailer design would be an advantage.
– Failure analysis (FEA) knowledge would be an advantage.
– HTM Weight Distribution modelling expertise
– Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
– Suitable Mechanical Engineering qualification
