Marketing Channel Manager (George – Onsite)
Job Description
ENVIRONMENT:
A dynamic company, committed to transforming the insurance industry with innovative, customer-centric solutions, is seeking a proactive Marketing Channel Manager to lead the Marketing Department. As the Marketing Specialist – you will serve as a consultant to partners in the Direct, Partner, and channels, driving demand and executing targeted campaigns through expert channel planning. Your role will involve developing strategies to enhance customer engagement, build strong personal relationships, and align marketing efforts with channel objectives. A relevant Marketing Diploma and 3-5 years of experience in Partner/Channel/Distributor marketing are required.
DUTIES:
- Act as a Marketing Consultant to Direct, Partner and channels, driving demand and generating activities.
- Develop and manage internal and external customer relationships.
- Prepare action plans by account.
- Assist in developing and implementing target marketing plans as needed by internal & external stakeholders.
- Business alignment: Apply key business strategy focus areas into account planning and day-to-day delivery.
- Channel alignment: Build an account plan closely aligned to the channel strategy and purposely develop the strategic principles specifically applicable to the account.
- Establish internal service level standards with the Network, Support and Solutions divisions to ensure the total customer partner experience.
- Create and conduct proposal presentations.
- Build personal relationships with key staff within the channel.
- Supervise execution of co-marketing activities by partners and/or vendor agencies.
- Tracking & monitoring the performance of all campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant Marketing Diploma
- 3-5 years of professional Partner/Channel/Distributor marketing experience from strategy to execution in a highly driven digital environment
- Demonstrate wide and proven experience in the digital marketing mix and, therefore, can consult and advise partners on their marketing strategy and execution to drive pipeline growth.
