My client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing and Administration Coordinator for their facility in Elandsfontein, Gauteng.
To provide professional administrative, marketing, and customer communication support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment, can coordinate across departments, and ensures smooth liaison between branches, customers, and suppliers while maintaining compliance and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general business administration support including inventory maintenance, strategic plan input, contract management, report compilation, and document control.
- Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships, resolve queries promptly, and represent the company at relevant stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, legal requirements, and health & safety regulations.
- Assist with cost and financial control: process purchase orders, reconcile accounts, manage petty cash, process bank transactions, and contribute to budgeting.
- Support staff administration: maintain performance agreements, training records, organograms, and assist with HR documentation.
- Provide sales and marketing administration: prepare reports, track sales data, procure POS material, assist with briefs, coordinate travel, attend events, and onboard new stores.
- Manage public relations: distribute communications, coordinate promotions, liaise with clients, maintain websites and social media platforms, and plan business events.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Bookkeeping, Sales, or Marketing (NQF 6) – essential
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (NQF 7) – advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail sales or marketing, with up to 3 years at supervisory level
- Computer literate in MS Office Suite and relevant business software
- Knowledge of business processes, administration policies/procedures, and financial controls
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused, proactive, resilient, and action-oriented
