Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced marketer to join their marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for a rapidly growing brand. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.
Understands digital marketing (SEO & Social media), with a strong personality who can cope under pressure as our environment is fast paced. Able to work on their own and with a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long-range, to support sales and revenue objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, sms marketing, content marketing and traditional advertising.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, understand customer behaviour and assess competitors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing content, including brochures, website content and social media posts.
• Event Management: Plan and coordinate company events and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics and social media management tools).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
