We have an amazing opportunity for a 2 x LMP Attendant at our Alberton Branch in Gauteng. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidates will be responsible for is to assist with Managing the Branch to achieve the business objectives in accordance with the Regional and Retail Operations strategy.

You bring:

  • 1-2 Years in Gaming Industry will be advantageous

A Bonus To Have:

  • Relevant Diploma, Degree or NQF 4 Learnership.
  • Valid driver’s license.

 

What You Will Do For The Brand:

 Branch growth

  • To ensure achievement of targets within your areas in accordance with branch budgets.
  • Ensure the occurrence sheet is updated at all times.
  • Ensure the pay-out log book is updated at all times.
  • Ensure at end of day to cash up the Limited pay-out machine

Sales Administration

  • Cash management within your drawer according to defined processes/procedures and minimize risks,theft/fraud.
  • When a fault is reported to helpdesk, ensure a reference no is recorded with all the relevant documents being completed in the fault log book.
  • Any fraudulent transaction or falsified entries on the Accounting recon, manual payout book or other criminal offences.
  • Ensure the machine book is completed whenever a machine door is opened.

 

Cash Management

  • Team members are to ensure they have the accurate float amounts at the beginning of shift to ensure balancing occurs at end of day.
  • Interim checks must be done within the course of the day with the team leader on duty.
  • Ensure all cash shortages are deal with immediately, shortage value from R300.00 and below, must be paid back into the Hollywood taking on the same day by the team member.
  • All over bank and under money values must be declared to the team leader on duty
  • Ensure to reconcile by end of shift to the balance which is reflected on the LMP/ Admin report.
  • Ensure to confirm balancing of all taking to the Team leaders and double count cash to reconcile.
  • Close off the handing over of the cash to the Team leader by inserting your password on the system and the TL will confirm the transaction by inserting their password to validate all taking has balance at end of day.
  • Team memebers’are to ensure no company funds are taken home but handed to the team leader before end of their shift.

 

Branch Appearance

  • Ensure that the branch is always neat and tidy according to Hollywood standards.
  • Ensure that your work station is well maintained and in good working condition.
  • Comply with all procedures to prevent losses to the organisation, advising your branch /senior team leaders promptly of any problems/malfunction with the terminals /equipment/resources (e.g. TV display of results, Off-line) 

Guest Service

  • Ensure to provide good guest service by being friendly, helpful, polite and courteous at all times.
  • Pro-actively address guest complaints and ensure guest feedback is positive.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests.
  • Create a guest centric culture within the branch and drive the philosophy of “service with a smile” at all times.

 

Compliance

  • Compliance and adherence to company’s internal control policy.
  • Compliance to the code of ethics and escalate fraudulent activities.
  • Team member to ensure they are dressed in their correct Hollywood uniform when on duty.
  • Credit bets are not allowed to be taken by any team member.
  • Team members on duty are not allow to take bets within Hollywood uniform.
  • Team members are allowed to take bets as guests but not in Hollywood uniform.
  • Team members are not allowed to be behind the terminal counters when off duty
  • Team members on duty are not allowed to utilize the Limited pay-out machine.
