Logistics Co-ordinator (Raw Materials)

Job Description

Our client, a well-known FMCG producer is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join their Logistics team!

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Valid Drivers License with Own Car
• Relevant qualification in Logistics/Purchasing/Shipping is required
• Min 3yrs experience as a Logistics Co-ordinator in a similar industry (export processes)
• Knowledge of raw material processes
• MS Office & Pastel literate

Responsibilities:

• Creating accounts for new suppliers
• Credit applications
• Capturing supplier information on to Pastel
• Creating invoices and sending to suppliers/clients
• Reconciliation’s
• Email recon’s to suppliers
• Complete year end schedules for Auditors
• Obtain authorization for payments
• Ad hoc administrative duties
