·       Contact potential or existing customers to promote banking loan products.

·       Understand the customer’s financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.

·       Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

·       Conduct needs analysis and affordability checks during sales calls.

·       Complete accurate and detailed applications and ensure all supporting documentation is captured correctly.

·       Follow up with customers for outstanding documentation or further queries.

·       Handle objections professionally and convert potential leads into closed sales.

·       Maintain a high level of product knowledge and comply with FAIS and NCR (or applicable regulations).

·       Log interactions and outcomes accurately on the CRM system.
