Job Purpose: 

Responsible for leading the landlord leasing function for CBRE Excellerate clients.  Build a pipeline of transactions to help Landlords to hit occupancy targets. 

What you will be doing:

  • Full responsibility for leasing space on behalf of CBRE Excellerate clients
  • Responsibility for the leasing process across the CBRE Excellerate clients, from negotiations to ensuring the leases are accurately prepared and signed off
  • Ensure all renewals and new leases are timeously negotiated and professionally compiled
  • Responsibility for formulating a leasing strategy & producing accurate status reports
  • Maintain positive relationships with all tenants and brokers
  • Compile and distribute vacancy schedule to all brokers
  • Manage and administer parking leases (monthly and lease based)
  • Maintain and grow broker and client relationships
  • Preparation of and management of budgets
  • To offer support to other business units as and when required
  • Conduct research on rental trends
  • Proactively marketing of space
  • Management of 3rd party brokers and leasing consultants.

What you will bring:

B degree in Property, Real Estate or Finance related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years leading deals in a commercial leasing environment, with a strong and proven track record
Knowledge:  lease negotiating skills, networking skills, ability to understand contracts, dealing with local and international tenants, well connected in the industry to both brokers and clients.
