Lead Programme Coordinator (Head Office)
Job Description
SACAP is seeking a Lead Programme Coordinator based at our Head Office.
The Lead Programme Coordinator (LPC) in the Faculty of Applied Psychology is responsible for overseeing and managing the Programme Coordinators (PCs) within the Faculty of Applied Psychology. This role encompasses operational leadership, logistical management, and administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of postgraduate and professional programmes in the faculty.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee logistics and operations of postgraduate and professional programmes within the Faculty of Applied Psychology.
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the Programme Coordinators in the faculty.
- Oversee and coordinate professional development activities with the Programme Coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for programmes in the faculty.
- Foster collaboration among Programme Coordinators, faculty members, and institutional departments.
- Lead and support faculty-specific operational initiatives and process improvements.
The Lead Programme Coordinator will report directly to the Programme Coordination Manager and will work closely and collaboratively with the broader national student support and development teams.
Operating Hours
This is a full-time position operating from Mondays to Fridays*:
Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
*Note that you will be required to administer various student support workshops and events during the evenings, and/or attend Open Days from time to time, and therefore flexible hours do apply.
