Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:
✔ Kliëntskakeling & Betalings: Kontak kliënte oor gemiste betalings en help hulle om hul rekeninge op datum te bring.
✔ Kliëntbehoud: Behou kliënte deur doeltreffende oplossings te bied en oordragte na ander maatskappye te minimaliseer.
✔ Administratiewe Take: Werk met databasisopdaterings, dokumentasie, en ander kantooradministrasie.
✔ Navraehantering: Hanteer kliënte se vrae oor betalings, dienste en opskorting met professionele kommunikasie.
✔ Spanondersteuning: Werk saam met die span om administratiewe en kliëntediensprosesse te verbeter.
Minimum Vereistes:
✅ Matrieksertifikaat
✅ Ervaring in kliëntediens of administrasie is ‘n groot voordeel
✅ Uitstekende verbale en geskrewe kommunikasievaardighede
✅ Sterk probleemoplossingsvaardighede en die vermoë om kliënte se bekommernisse professioneel te hanteer
✅ Administratiewe vaardighede met ‘n hoë vlak van akkuraatheid
✅ Bekendheid met kliënte- of finansiële stelsels is ‘n pluspunt

💰 Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Client Communication & Payments: Contact clients regarding missed payments and assist them in updating their accounts.
✔ Client Retention: Retain clients by offering effective solutions and minimizing transfers to other companies.
✔ Administrative Tasks: Manage database updates, documentation, and general office administration.
✔ Query Handling: Address client inquiries about payments, services, and suspensions with professional communication.
✔ Team Support: Work with the team to improve administrative and customer service processes.
Minimum Requirements:
✅ Matric Certificate
✅ Experience in customer service or administration is highly advantageous
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns professionally
✅ Administrative skills with a high level of accuracy
✅ Familiarity with customer or financial systems is a plus
