Junior to Mid-weight Graphic and Multimedia Designer

What we are looking for: Mid-weight multimedia designer

What you will do: 

• Collaborate with the lead designer on various marketing design projects, including print materials, digital assets and social media content
• Experience working with printed media
• Develop creative and visually appealing design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project objectives
• Maintain a strong understanding of design trends and best practices
• Work independently and manage multiple projects as assigned
• Assist with shoot execution when necessary
• A proactive approach to enhance the brand through design
• Raising your hand when a cool idea comes up
• Good understanding of our competitors
• Strong collaboration across various teams
• Help mentor and grow junior designers

What you must have:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and ability to translate concepts into visuals
• Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Motion design experience will be advantageous
