Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service and will assist senior sales team members in reaching sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

– Assisting senior sales team members in identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with new and existing customers
– Providing support in the sales process, including preparing quotes, presentations, and proposals
– Handling customer inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner
– Assisting with sales-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining customer databases and generating sales reports
– Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to learn about products, services, and industry trends
– Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or related field preferred
– 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail sales or customer service
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
– Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
