Junior Quantity Surveyor (Afrikaans) – Construction Industry (WC)
Job Description
Hire Resolve’s client, a reputable and dynamic construction firm based in Stellenbosch, known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments, is currently seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

Perform cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting

Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes

Monitor project progress and track variations

Assist with contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual terms

Prepare valuations for interim payments and final accounts

Work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders
Requirements
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry

Fluent in Afrikaans (spoken and written)

Proficient in Candy/CCS software

Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Based in or willing to relocate to Stellenbosch
