Junior QA Tester

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Tester.

You’ll play a key role in testing hardware and software, identifying issues, and ensuring product quality across our mobile and web platforms. This is a great opportunity to grow your QA skills in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 

• Test mobile devices for hardware/software functionality and compatibility.
• Report and track defects, assisting in bug investigations.
• Test firmware updates and new hardware for integration with our software suite.
• Assist in QA testing for mobile apps and web portals.
• Work closely with QA, R&D, and Development teams in agile sprints.
• Document testing results and maintain hardware compatibility records.
• Provide internal product support when needed.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 

• Basic understanding of software/hardware testing.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• ISTQB/SASTQB certification (advantageous).
• Prior experience in QA or IT (advantageous).
