Junior Aftersales Support Intern – Johannesburg North, Gauteng
Our client is seeking a Junior Aftersales Support Specialist to assist dealers and ensure smooth Aftersales operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
- Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft, Basic Computer skills.
- Experience with MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
Aftersales Support:
- Support the Aftersales Team with dealer communication
- Central point of contact and communication thereof
- Assist and follow up with dealer queries
- Dealer communication in Aftersales
- Assist with Dealer stock holding reconciliations
- Dealer special requests and the escalation thereof
Aftersales processes & Documentation:
- Follow Aftersales processes to handle incidents, problems, and requests.
- Escalate complex dealer parts issues to Business managers or Commercial managers when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, dealer network support procedures, and call logging from dealer network.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting preventive measures.
Communication:
- Monthly and weekly communication to dealer network regarding tracking and monthly performance.
- Assist Business managers with parts tracking.
- Weekly reports to be drafted regarding dealer queries and exceptional cases.
- Social Media and internal marketing communication.
