JSE Sponsor Analyst Full Time NEW
Job Description
We are currently seeking a JSE Sponsor Analyst to join our reputable client’s team.
Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in law / finance / accounting / economics (or related field)
• SDP certificate
• Individuals with at least two years of experience preferably in deb sponsor
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with JSE Listing Rules and regulatory requirements
• Solid knowledge of JSE Listings Requirements, Companies Act, and Takeover Regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proactive, detail-oriented, strong time management
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Team player, but able to take initiative
• Document management capability
• Willingness to assist across departments
