Job Description


ENVIRONMENT:
JOIN the dynamic Support team of a fast-growing, innovative Tech Company looking for a strong problem-solving ISP Support Technician able to handle multiple tasks. Your core role will entail providing remote and on-site technical support to clients – assisting with internet connectivity issues, VoIP setup and general troubleshooting. You will also be expected to configure, install, test and support MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti and Tarana equipment as needed. Applicants must have a strong understanding of basic networking (IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP), previous experience in an ISP or technical support environment including being proficient with MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti and Tarana networking equipment.
 
DUTIES:
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients.
  • Assist customers with internet connectivity issues, VoIP setup and general troubleshooting.
  • Configure, install, test and support MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti and Tarana equipment as needed.
  • Log and manage support tickets with accurate and timely updates.
  • Communicate clearly with clients to resolve issues and provide guidance.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience with MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti and Tarana networking equipment.
  • Strong understanding of basic networking (IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP).
  • Previous experience in an ISP or technical support environment.
  • A valid Driver’s License (B or EB is sufficient).
