Internal Sales Consultant – Centurion

Job Description

Our client, a national distributor of 4×4 accessories is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join their internal sales team!

Requirements:

• Matric
• Valid Drivers License and Own Car
• 3yrs internal sales experience in the 4×4 industry is required
• Knowledge of 4×4 products, accessories and automotive parts
• MS Office literate

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries (phone, email, walk in’s)
• Provide product information, pricing and recommendations
• Process sales orders, quotations and invoices accurately
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on leads
• Assist customers in selecting 4×4 products and accessories
• Upsell and cross sell products to maximize sales
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams for timeous delivery
• Monitor stock availability and provide procurement feedback
• Stay informed on latest 4×4 products, trends and competitors
