Job Description


ENVIRONMENT:
A leading Academic Service Provider, a highly skilled Integrated Marketing Specialist who will take responsibility for coordinating innovative, competitive marketing tactics. These will be applied across product offerings to the professional and academic market, ensuring commercial success, growth in revenue and brand reputation. The ideal candidate must possess a suitable Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or PR with at least 3 years Marketing, Brand Management or Project Management experience in multiple related industries. You must also understand the principles of Integrated Marketing and the development of compelling value propositions while being able to implement creative and cost-effective solutions within tight timelines.
 
DUTIES:
  • Marketing strategy definition and execution.
  • Marketing return on investment.
  • Marketing operations.
  • Demand generation and sales support.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications –
  • Relevant Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or PR at a minimum.
 
Experience/Skills –
  • Minimum of 3 years Marketing, Brand Management or Project Management experience in multiple related industries.
  • Successful and proven track record in a similar or related role.
  • Understand the principles of Integrated Marketing and the development of compelling value propositions.
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and marketing planning capabilities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Implements creative and cost-effective solutions within tight timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Very good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
 
Advantageous –
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools, including SEO, e-commerce platforms, and reporting software. 
  • Familiarity with User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles.
