Position: Sales Consultants (Motor Insurance)
Location: George, Garden Route, South Africa
Company: Pacific International Insurance
Working Hours: Aligned to Australian business hours (“night shifts” apply ) Monday – Friday
Language Requirement: Excellent English skills a must! ?

What you’ll do:
- Engage with customers across Australia to promote and sell motor insurance products.
- Provide expert advice tailored to individual customer needs.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Deliver outstanding service with professionalism and product knowledge.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
- A vibrant, engaging personality with a passion for helping people.
- Similar work experience in a sales or customer service role (call centre / insurance industry a plus!).
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Comfortable and available to work “night shifts” (e.g., 00:00 – 08:00 AM, or 03:00 – 11:00 AM).
- Target-driven with a resilient, can-do attitude.
