We are recruiting for a growing software company in Cape Town and we are on the hunt for a hands-on, finance-savvy Implementation Consultant to lead accounting system roll outs for clients. What we are looking for:

• Qualified Accountant or finance professional with strong operational accounting experience.
• Proven experience with platforms like Pastel, Sage, Zoho, Acumatica, or other accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage the full implementation life cycle: scoping, configuration, training, and support.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of accounting systems
• Work closely with clients to map their financial processes and needs
• Configure and align systems to match workflows and compliance
• Provide user training, support, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal product and dev teams to ensure seamless delivery
