HVAC Engineer – Netherlands NEW
Job Description
RPO Recruitment’s client is looking for an HVAC Engineer to join their team in Groningen, Netherlands.
This role offers the opportunity to apply HVAC knowledge to a variety of challenging projects in office, healthcare, and industrial environments. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable, client-specific solutions while developing your technical skills within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries from existing clients using advanced technologies and provide direct installation advice.

Collaborate with engineers and modelers across HVAC and other disciplines to ensure high-quality design and execution.

Coordinate with external stakeholders such as architects and consultants, maintaining strong communication within multidisciplinary project teams.

Translate client requirements into efficient HVAC system designs tailored to specific building types.

Monitor project progress and adjust designs to meet deadlines, budget constraints, and performance goals.

Contribute to sustainability goals by incorporating energy-efficient solutions and staying updated on industry innovations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

Experience as an HVAC engineer in building installations (training available for candidates with potential).

Familiarity with ISO and NEN standards; experience with software such as VABI, Revit, and StabiCAD is preferred.

Proficiency in Afrikaans and a strong team-oriented mindset.
