- Matric/ Grade 12
- 3 – 5 years’ experience withing the Human Resource environment, minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience
- Tertiary qualification (degree level) in Human Resources
- Must have strong experience in IR and performance management systems
- Self-started and thinker
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and professionally assertive
- Ability to communicate and manage HR/ IR day to day issues within the warehouse
- Union/ Employee Representative interaction
- Knowledge of the Motor Industry will be added advantage
- Advanced Office / Excel / Power point/ SAGE 300 would be an added advantage
Salary Structure:
- Basic salary Based on experience
