Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced HR Manager with strong ER/IR knowledge as well as people development experience from the engineering/ similar technical sector.
Must have Grade 12, a BDegree or BTech in Human Sciences, Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organizational Psychology / Labour Law / IR and at least +8 years’ experience in a senior human resources role.
Sound knowledge of the labour laws of South Africa, CCMA / DRC representations is key, must be able to provide both the full HR and IR functions to the business. Strategic HR development would be an advantage.
