HR MANAGER (Manufacturing / Textiles – Factory Based)

Our client, a textile manufacturer seeks to appoint an HR Manager with manufacturing experience, a high level of integrity and confidence to join their team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and development
• Stay up to date with relevant HR trends and legislation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage the payroll department
• Establish collaboration with SETAs and other training institutions

A Degree in HR Management or similar (non-negotiable). Knowledge of the national bargaining council for clothing, will be an advantage.
