This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in HR. Working directly alongside the HR manager, you will gain exposure to the full HR generalist function.
Responsibilities and duties
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist with managing employee benefits
- Help plan and organise company events through the social committee
- Provide general administrative support to the HR manager
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related tasks
- Perform other HR-related tasks as required
Required
- Degree in human resources
- Valid driving licence
- Own transport
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Positive personality
