HR Intern ( ERM)
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to Payroll, to include the monthly payroll input and output.
- Note taking for meetings (HR, ER, etc.).
- Schedule, coordinate and plan HR team activities
- Coordinate HR processes e.g., exit interviews, absence management, case management, etc.
- Produce correspondence and documentation as required.
- Respond to HR queries within a timely manner.
- Working in collaboration with wider business areas including, Payroll, Finance, HSEQ and our Recruitment/Talent teams.
- Provide any additional administration support as required by the HR Director, HR Team and other departments.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Undergraduate qualification in HRIS

- Sound MS office knowledge and experience
- Good writing skills and communication skills

- Labour Law knowledge
Remuneration:
- R15,840 per month
