Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Marketing to shape and execute our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multi-channel marketing, inspirational leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving growth and brand engagement. This is a senior role requiring a marketing expert with at least 10 years of experience, including seven years in a senior management position.

What will you do?

As the head of marketing, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of all marketing plans and strategies.
  • Driving audience growth and product uptake through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating across departments, including digital, design, e-commerce, social media, and PR, to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Managing creative agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Monitoring and reporting on marketing activities, outcomes, and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Overseeing brand identity development and market research.
  • Creating and communicating comprehensive marketing briefs aligned with company objectives.
  • Managing the annual marketing budget effectively.
  • Inspiring and leading a marketing team to deliver exceptional results.

What will you need?

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business management.
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience and seven years in a senior management role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, lead generation, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience in content creation, offline marketing, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Proficiency in tools like Office 365, Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Suite, and AI-driven platforms.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • A strategic mindset, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to change.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Advantageous:

  • A Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) professional diploma.
  • Experience in handling large-scale marketing budgets and delivering measurable results.
