Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification BCom Accounting or post articles experience desired
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a high-energy, high-volume environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
