Who we are looking for
An experienced group head – HSE with extensive expertise in the African market to lead the organisation’s health, safety, and environmental functions.
What you will do
- Develop, implement, and oversee strategies, policies, and practices to ensure safety, health, and environmental sustainability across the organisation.
- Ensure compliance and alignment across all business units.
Core competencies
- Risk assessment and management
- Fire safety expertise
What you need
- A degree in a relevant field
- Recognised certifications:
- Master safety professional (MSP)
- Certified safety director (CSD)
- Associate safety professional (ASP)
- Occupational hygiene and safety technician (OHST)
- Certified safety professional (CSP)
- A minimum of twenty years’ experience in a similar role
- Expertise in:
- Environmental management
- Fire regulations
- Health and safety compliance
- Hygiene control
- Risk analysis
