Job Description

A Community Manager, creates and manages a company’s brand voice and image. Duties include creating and publishing content on all media platforms, reviewing social media and other marketing metrics to build and improve campaign strategies and crafting responses to customers’ feedback and messages on various platforms. The Community Manager will also be required to be creative and will be requested to publish creative social media content.

Job Responsibilities

  • A true creative flair and a genuine passion for web design.
  • Minimum 2 – 3  years of Graphic Design experience.
  • Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • HTML proven working experience is a must.
  • Be knowledgeable regarding responsive web design.
  • Solid understanding of UI and UX.
  • Solid Understanding of Print Design.
  • Follow current web standards.
  • Have a clear understanding of cross browser and device design and testing.
  • Learn in-house CRM platform/system.
  • Good communicator, work as a member of a team and take direction well.
  • Hunger to learn and develop quickly when working under-pressure in a deadline driven environment.
  • Self-disciplined and have good time management skills.
  • Able to creatively think out of the box.

Design Diploma

Preferred

Experience

  • 3+ years experience as a graphic designer
  • A solid understanding and experience with social media.
  • Strong layout and design skills for websites, landing pages, emails, branding, corporate identity, logo design.
  • Ability to develop creative, engaging and original content
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and build rapport with clients and stakeholders
