Graduate Programme (Operations) ( Cape Town Tourism)
Job Description
The individual will be placed with the Heritage Department where they be open to various fields with exposure in Public and Customer Relations , Facility Management , Travel & Tourism, Structural and Civil Engineering, IT and Computer sciences and more.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
( Have any of the below qualifications )
- National Diploma Public Relations Management/ Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/ Hospitality
- National Diploma in Travel & Tourism
- B Tech Facility Management
- BEng/ BSc Structural or Civil engineering
- National Diploma in ICT/ Information Systems/ Computer Science or CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA certifications.
Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic Knowledge of financial concepts
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit.
- Recently certified ID and qualifications.
- Must be able to commit to 12 months.
- MS Office proficiency.
Job Type & Contract Length:
Successful candidates will enter a 12 months internship contract. The Graduates will enter a contract with RIM and be placed within the relevant departments within the museum for the duration of the internship.
