Description:
Hire Resolve’s Client is currently looking for an experienced GES with extensive experience on Shafts & Winders, to join their mining company based in North-West.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialist maintenance management services across underground and surface operations.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support and expertise in the trackless mobile machinery environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing effective maintenance strategies and processes.
  • Oversee and manage contractor activities to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Valid Trade Test Certificate (Boilermaker, Electrician, Fitter or Rigger)
  • N4 Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • 8 years’ experience post TRADE with minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
  • 6 years’ shaft & winders experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
