The General Sales Assistants will support the sales team in reaching their targets and providing a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Assist with restocking and merchandising products
– Provide exceptional customer service at all times
– Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

– Grade 12 pass or an equivalent
– Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding areas is a plus
– Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
