Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced GCC Engineer with TMM experience to be based at a Mine in the North-West!

Responsibilities:

• Fulfil legal engineering responsibilities under MHSA, ensuring safe operation of labour and machinery.
• Optimize equipment and plant availability to meet production targets through effective maintenance planning.
• Lead engineering standards, resource allocation, and cost control to support mine strategy and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering systems, processes, and human resource management.
• Collaborate across teams and with OEMs to deliver efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• National Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 10 years of experience in underground/surface mining environment
• 3 years post GCC Mines and Works experience
• Management Development Programme will be advantageous
