GCC Engineer
Job Description
Hire Resolve’s Client, a reputable mining company in Limpopo, is currently looking for an experienced GCC Engineer to join their mining team.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-
Government Certificate of Competency (Mines & Works).

National Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
-
Management Development Programme (MDP) or equivalent would be an advantage.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
-
Formal training in Planned Maintenance would be beneficial.
-
Experience in a process plant or platinum concentrator environment would be highly advantageous.
-
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an engineering role with authority over equipment maintenance.
-
Proven management experience is essential.
-
Strong knowledge of pumps and slurry/clear water pipe systems.
-
Understanding of bulk material handling systems, including conveyor belts.
-
Familiarity with classification equipment such as screening, DMS drums, and cyclones.
-
Experience with comminution equipment, including crushing and milling.
-
Solid understanding of core business management principles.
-
Knowledge of project management processes would be an advantage.
