SALARY

R18 000 CTC Per Month Plus Commission

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales & Revenue Growth:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling
• Networking
• Increase product visibility and ensure full range availability at retail outlets
• Negotiate contracts and close sales with retail clients
• Account Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct regular store visits to check stock levels, negotiate displays
• ensure that the company’s products are positioned effectively
• Provide training to retailers on product features and benefits
• Market Intelligence:
• Monitor competitor activities and products to provide market feedback and insights
• Report on sales trends, market opportunities, and feedback to the management team
• Promotions & Merchandising:
• Implement and oversee in-store promotional activities and point-of-sale (POS) displays.
• Ensure that promotional campaigns are effectively executed to maximize product visibility
• Customer Service:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any logistical issues with customers 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in FMCG Biscuit manufacturer
• Or related industry experice
• Strong knowledge of the FMCG sector and an understanding of retail channels
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a drive for results and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
• Competency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
• Own Transport and valid driver’s license
